SWS i think...

I knit these for LKD, using a Patons yarn, SWS i think. I used the B & L pattern, on size 3.25 mm I think.

I knit these for Amy for wearing inside her skates. I used Patons Claasic on size 4 mm needles. I used the Brigg's & Little children sock pattern. They turned out great and from all accounts were a hit.

Salt 'n Pepper Vamps, round two...

My 2nd attempt is pretty good actually. Like I said I need more sts and a bigger needle but all in all I'm happy with it. One thing is for sure - they'll be warm!

Lovely little lady bug...

Look what I spied upon today... Isn't she a beauty...

S & P vamps... Round One...

Well here's my first attempt and putting together a pattern for Salt 'n Pepper Socks! Not to bad so far. I know the top isn't that inspiring but I want to figure out the pattern first. The top design can be anything I want when I am ready.

They are kinda tight, so I am gonna add more stitches and use a larger needle. From 4 mm to 4.5 or 5 maybe.

Upgrade...

For some time now my hands have been hurting a little, I put it down to knitting to tight. My favorite needle size for the B & L Heavy Sock pattern is 3.25 mm, so I decided to upgrade to a 4 mm and my hands don't hurt so much anymore. I am used to a tight knit so this will take a while to get used to but it'll work. I knit these vamps out of a stray hank I had left over from the S & P hat.
